Job Title: Marketing & Client Engagement Representative
Location: Sanger, CA (In-Office)
Schedule: Part-Time | 20 Hours per Week
Pay: $18–$20/hour + Bonuses

About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic, outgoing Marketing & Client Engagement Representative to help drive business growth and create positive client experiences in our Sanger, CA office. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, isn’t afraid of cold calling, and wants opportunities to grow into a licensed production role.
 
Key Responsibilities
·       Make outbound calls and send marketing texts to cold-call and lead lists
·       Book appointments and help drum up new business
·       Greet clients warmly when they arrive at the office
·       Capture photos of client experiences while in the office (with permission)
·       Ask satisfied clients to leave Google reviews
·       Take photos with clients and reps as clients exit (when appropriate)
·       Assist with basic social media content and posts (“marketer” role support)
·       Support marketing reps as they prepare to pass required exams and move into production
·       Requirements
·       Sales or cold-calling experience preferred (but not required)
·       Insurance license not required (licensed candidates are a huge bonus)
·       Reliable transportation
·       Strong communication and people skills
·       Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with new prospects
·       Social media familiarity is a plus
